My Writing

Between the Lines

I sit here today on the 45th parallel. I’m halfway between the equator and the North Pole. It’s the perfect location to spend the summer writing the lines for my memoirs of living in Europe. I would love to say that I’m halfway through writing those lines, but I’m afraid I don’t even see the light at the end of the tunnel for that one yet.

I’ve been compiling my blog posts, my Facebook posts and notes and memories as best I can before I ask my children for their memories. This picture correctly shows what it’s like to write a book.

There’s a lot of hard work that goes into writing a book that’s not very pretty at times. I usually post on Instagram different places where I go to write. Luckily, I’ve been blessed by being bit by the travel bug. I enjoy seeing distant places.

  1. You’ve got this my friend. 💛💚❤️ what a beautiful life you’ve had. A full life takes time to describe. Undoubtedly, your words are already impactful. As are your memories. Much love. 💛🥰
